To install two (2) double sided non-illuminated aluminum signs reading douglas michael gallery 841 per drawings submitted on 03/14/14 & stamped approved 03/17/14 signs shall measure 45l x 18"h x 1 1/8" thck. Signs shall hang from existing chains from underside of gallery from outriggers. Signs will hang perpendicular to royal & dumaine streets, centered above doorways. No additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
